Elizabeth Cleary has been decorating for 20 years. She graduated with a Masters in the History of Art from St. Andrews Scotland. It was at her first job with Christie's auction house where she established an eye for furniture and fine art of all the periods and styles including Early American furniture to 20th Century design, and Old Master Paintings to Contemporary Art.
After Christie's, she joined Aero Studios working closely with Thomas O'Brien who has become recognized for his contemporary lines of furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories. Elizabeth then worked with Richard Keith Langham where she developed a taste for color and elevated her knowledge of English furniture and the American Southern tradition.
Elizabeth was inspired to start Elizabeth Cleary Design and Decoration in 2002 which is known for classic but modern fresh interiors.
